2001 Original WIZARD OF OZ Playset POLLY POCKET COMPLET
The Wizard of Oz Playset Polly Pocket style This set is COMPLETE!! with the original box!!! I bought this for my daughter years ago. She took everything out of the box and tried it out and put it back in the box and never played with it. It is LIKE NEW!! The twist ties and the plastic that holds the pieces in place are still in the box. Also, it comes with the instructions. Whether, you're an avid toy collector, a Wizard of Oz movie buff, or the parent of a little one, this Playset up for auction is certain to please. Compact when stored, this playset expands to approximately 14" X 6.5" X 7.5". After opening the three main areas, additional sections open and hidden compartments may be found. Press the shrub once and a single light comes on, twice for a second one, then a third time and all are aglow at once, the forth time turns off all lights.The focal point of this Playset is the Emerald City, with the Wizard's Chamber, the beautifying center for the 4 main characters, and a detachable hot air balloon. To the left is Munchkinland, with a bubble for Glinda and a roof for the Wicked Witch to suddenly pop out from underneath. The Yellow Brick Road winds through the cornfield and woods to reach the Wicked Witch's castle on the right. Her castle holds the infamous crystal ball, and now a secret escape route. She disappears down a hatch, leaving a black puddle, and slips out a door in the back. The 10 figures included with this discontinued playset are Dorothy (holding ToTo), Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, Tinman, Glinda (the good Witch), Wicked Witch, 3 Munchkins (Lollypop Men), and Wizard.Requires 2AA batteries.
