She has red yarn hair, wearing a dark blue velvet feel hat with a blue, green, yellow plaid ribbon with a bow, a purple velvet dress with a white ribbon around the waist and tied into a big bow at the back of the dress. She has panties on that ARE NOT removeable, white tights that ARE NOT removeable, purple velvet feel Mary Jane style shoes that ARE NOT removeable.  The dress has 2 flowers made from a white material on the front of the dress.From the front of the doll hanging in the middle of the collar is a plastic tag that reads 1999 Special Edition MADELINE 60TH Anniversary Doll on one side and on the other side reads "Celebrating 60 Years of MADELINE" MADELINE 1939 - 1999.I am proud to offer this doll to you in Pristine Condition.  Doll has not been handled other than to put in a closed curio cabinet and then to photograph for this listing.  If you are a Madeline & Friends Collector, you will know that this doll is ABSOLUTELY RARE AND HARD TO FIND!!!  Especially in the Condition of this doll.I do my best to describe my item.
