1/12th scale miniature book of a medieval cook book.  The text is taken from the 1390 manuscript "Forme of Cury" and it is illuminated using miniatures taken from contemporary manuscripts.  The book measures approx 3cm in height and is in full colour throughout with the pages tinted to look like parchment.  The book is sown and hand bound with stiff cover boards covered to give the effect of leather with gold tooling.  A must for all medieval , tudor or even later dollshouses or for miniature book collectors.  (To received regular details of new titles please click Favourite seller link on this page)
