Vintage Side Glancing Irwin Plastic Doll Cowboy Outfit
This is an adorable vintage Irwin hard plastic Kewpie - type, 6.5" doll. He or she is wearing a large hat and HUGE cowboy pants that flare out to the side. I believe they were designed to hold something, but I don't know what. The outfit is made out of textured vinyl-type material with a blanket stitch on the edges. Arms move, but legs are fixed.
